SofaLeather (Tapizados Polsal, S.L.) lifetime* warrants its frames and springs to be free of manufacturing defects under normal use and conditions. All leather types are warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase against defective materials and workmanship under normal care and use. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from negligence, misuse, fire, accidents, natural imperfections in leather, improper cleaning (see care and maintenance section), exposure, alterations or other accidental or wilful change, natural fading in pure aniline leather due to long sun exposure (see care and maintenance section) and shipping damage. If a defect is found, SofaLeather (Tapizados Polsal, S.L.) will replace or repair the defective piece under the written warranty. After one year from the date of purchase, the warranty ceases to cover both cost of packaging and shipping to and from SofaLeather (Tapizados Polsal, S.L.), and all claims made under this warranty must be done during these time periods. Please carefully inspect pieces when it is received for any shipping damages. Any incidence incurred in shipping, is the responsibility of the carrier and should be made at the time of delivery. * Lifetime is a 15 years pro-rated warranty.
